Refund Policy

At TBD Life & Business Coach, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and consulting services. To ensure clarity and fairness, our refund policy is as follows:

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    Refunds are only available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the first scheduled session.
  2. Non-Refundable Payments:
    Payments for sessions already delivered are non-refundable.
  3. Package Cancellation:
    For unused sessions in a prepaid package, refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis, minus an administrative fee of 30%.
  4. Rescheduling Policy:
    Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.
  5. Exceptional Circumstances:
    Refund requests due to unforeseen circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
